Rhuna Raises $2M to Expand Stablecoin Payments in Entertainment Industry
Romania-based event management platform Rhuna has secured $2 million in seed funding led by Aptos Labs, with participation from Acc Ventures, X Ventures, and others. The funding will accelerate the adoption of stablecoin payments, on-chain identity, and wallet-native solutions across the entertainment sector.
Rhuna's infrastructure enables event organizers to issue tickets, verify access, and process stablecoin settlements through a unified layer. The platform functions as a 'universal entertainment pass,' combining programmable payments with real-time settlement. 'Organizers can use Rhuna to accept wallet-native payments and settle value through a secure, composable layer,' the company stated.
The seed round underscores growing institutional interest in stablecoin utility beyond speculative trading. Rhuna plans to strengthen its payment rails and expand tooling for event organizers, positioning itself at the intersection of live experiences and blockchain-based settlement.
